Teacher key

A complete check sheet has every line in Check 1 filled, a yes or no in every box in Checks 2 to 4, and two comments where the second one names a line number and a fix. The check is right when the recalculated total matches the teacher's own quick recalculation of the plan; spot check line 1 and the last line on each plan.

If a checking team writes "the math is wrong" with no line number, send it back with one question: "Which line?"
