Use it as the do now before Lesson 1.2, as the review before the Kitchen Safety Exam in Lesson 1.4, or on the board with the class calling out taps. The eight hazard set is the grade 6 support from the lesson; the twelve hazard set is the full hunt, and the box on the start panel switches between them.
